"Hotel Henri is in a great location, with a nice restaurant and rooftop bar. The king room was small but clean and stylish. The bathroom and shower were particularly nice. The staff was helpful. One problem was that our TV didn’t work and there was no one around over the weekend who was able to fix it. The thermostat was also malfunctioning - the fan would not turn off - and a technician did fix that the next day, but was not able to get the TV working. The hotel should have offered us...

"This is a really horrible property. TV, AC, and Internet did not function. The front desk is impossible to communicate with and will not assist you. I would typically not write a review but this was a uniquely bad experience. From seeing others' experiences all of these issues must be known to management but they willfully do not disclose them to you upon booking or arrival. "

"Sadly, I was in NY for my sister’s funeral and had to extend my stay. The staff was so very kind and accommodating knowing it would be best for me to be able to stay in the same room. Cassia and especially Lukasch were so very kind, compassionate and helpful. It was my second time staying there and I’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in Manhattan."

"Our stay was definitely just OK. I though Aloft was a higher level brand than places like Fairfield, Springhill Suites, Hyatt Place, Best Western...but it's really not. The room was tiny and there is no desk/chair setup—if you are looking to WFH in your room, this is not the place for you.
