"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. My last stay was 5/26-5/29. I had to change rooms 4 times to get one that was even close to livable. There were missing pieces of LVT flooring, uncleaned floors, mold in the shower, and low-flow showerheads. The upholstered chairs had dirty arms, and the rooms had old food odors and were plainly ill-maintained. "I was charged a $50 bar bill to my room. I disputed the charge and was told my credit card would be credited. It has yet to be applied. I will give them a few more days, although it has been six days already.
The stay was ok. Hotel room was well overpriced, over $400 per room that was a standard room. Location is very good in Old City. Staff was kind, cooperative and helpful. Probably grossly underpaid as well. Let's hope Wyndham corporate credits my card soon."
