"We had an other reservation with another location and it was absolutely horrendous so we booked Haven last minute. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and were given a snack pack filled with water and snacks. They were very kind, explaining everything to us, giving us information about the room and breakfast. Upon entering the room, we noticed how clean it was. "Breakfast was not very good but the Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly."

"There was no hot water on the 9th floor…cold shower. Food in the lobby restaurant was terrible. Hamburger was on a cold, never heated bun. Fries were obviously bad frozen crinkle cut , no onion ring as was on the menu."
