"Customer service was good, place was good for our budget, room was horrible, some disgusting not sure if it was food (dried underneath the bed) I sprayed the whole room with antibacterial spray and my husband had to fix the light in the bathroom it was hanging down because we didn’t want anyone else to come in the room it was already bad and we just need a place to lay down."

"I would like to be less critical; however, this was overall an extremely bad experience, and for paying $100 a night, that’s unacceptable. The sheets had stains on them, the pillows were flimsy and nonexistent, so that you had to double them over just to be like a normal pillow. On top of that, you only got two pillows per queen bed. "Awesome floor plans! We felt the beds were to stiff. We slept terribly. But some people like really firm mattresses. The breakfast could be better for sure. But the staff was so friendly and so helpful. It was clean and well kept. The elevator was SLOW. Like wow slow but not a big deal. The grounds were gorgeous. We will be back next year for sure. We would just ask for a topper for the mattresses."
