"overall facilty very run down and needs to be condemmed. Husband complained air conditioning kept needing to be reset for power & would only worked 5mins or so, room hot, dirty, hair on fresh towels, missing ceiling tiles, pealing wall paper, only slept at most 1hour during stay. Left to sleep in my car. Went to ask for my money back and no customer service agent available. Other customers also waiting with no service."

"Wow this is such a nice and clean hotel. I was so pleasantly surprised! My room was like a modern, renovated studio apartment. Completely spotless in room, hallways, lobby, grounds, etc. Incredible especially for the price. Felt super safe and had very kind staff. Thanks!"

"Parking was terrible, there was screws and material everywhere due to construction, the hallways and common areas are ran down. Hot tub jets were out of order. The room was decent and clean."

"It was wonderful! The room was well appointed and clean. All staff were amazing and helpful - from the room to the front desk. The bar was welcoming and the staff were extremely cordial and responsive. Would return in a heartbeat!"

"Room was clean and nice. Staff were very helpful and polite. Only downside to was that our room ran out of hot water during the first shower of two occupants. Could have been due to full capacity but unknown for sure and it will not hinder our next visit. Will stay here again when visiting Vancouver Washington. Great hotel clean and well maintained. "
