"Loved this hotel! Was the best they provide complimentary breakfast and they have a coffee/tea machine we can use 24/7! I loved having endless lattes lol. The best thing was my husband is gluten free and one night we arrived back around 6:30pm and didn’t want to go out to eat. We bought food as we bounced hotels and guest houses hoping to cook. after dinner was served the lady let us use the kitchen to cook gluten free pasta! It was very nice of her to allow us to do that. "The owner / host was very kind. They offered make your own waffles with the breakfast if you pay for it. Google maps is wrong on giving directions. The neighbor had a horse which my daughter enjoyed petting"

"My wife and I had an excellent one night stay at Skalakot Manor Hotel as part of our 12 day tour of Iceland. The hotel was great, our room was really nice and the spa was fantastic! Staff and breakfast were great too. We did a one hour horse riding tour on the morning we check out which was delightful - would highly recommend it! Daria was our guide and she was great! "
