"Oy. I'm curious to know what hotel this used to be! My husband thinks there used to be a pool in the GINORMOUS atrium. The guy who checked us in was super nice. But man.... This place is in rough shape. Graffiti on our door to newspaper stuffed in the cracks to the door to the adjoining room. One towel to share between my husband and myself...one pillow per bed. But, the had a hairdryer that worked great and the mini fridge kept our drinks cold. "

"A lot of appliances needs replacing, spiders is an issue, room service needs better job. Bed covers need replacing, A/C doesn’t not adjust to temperature set, pavement in park lot has pot holes all over. Room key had to be reset every other day, homeless walking around outside. "

"Parking was great, the room was okay but could've been better. The mattress was broken down, felt as if we were sleeping purely on springs with flattened yellow pillows. The room overall was a 3/5 for cleanliness. The check in staff was "okay" but the house keeping staff was very rude. Staff friendliness is 2/5 at best. Parking was 5/5 Handicapable set hoops were 4/5. "

"We would not stay here again. The elevator was broke, they are remodeling, the electric plugs in the bathroom didn’t work. Breakfast service was poor. Many of the selections were out. We were double charged for our room and the staff and check out couldn’t resolve the issue."

"The room and building were dingy and felt unclean. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. The TV didn't work, the thermostat was wonky, the sofa was old and grubby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. "

"The hallways were filthy litter construction debris lined all corridors! I arrived at 4:30 given a key to a room that was just being cleaned and told I had to wait 15 mins till they were done. No coffee maker in room . The TV sound was broken I paid for check out but they still came at 11;00 to clean room I had to tell them I had paid .. the room itself was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly and kind . "
