"Room was clean and the mattress was firm, which I liked. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Easy access to all the locations I needed to go. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The area was immaculately clean and orderly. The eggs were awful. Stick to the oatmeal or pancakes."

"I stayed in La Quinta hotel because they accepted my small dog. The hotel looks like it had new carpet and new coat of paint, but it was smells like mildew. Breakfast consists of eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt and fruit. I won't stay here again. Can't think of anything positive other than close to restaurants and express way."

"The property was not at all maintained. There was a stench of smoking in the lift, in the corridor and in the room. The carpet had a bad smell. The floors were dirty. All the faucets in the bathroom were loose and almost broken. I was scared to touch them in case they came out and broke they will charge me for breaking them. I wonder if Wyndham has any policy on inspecting the properties at all In all a bad experience. Will not recommmend"

"Rooms were very clean but no amenities such a microwave or coffee pot. The room did not even have a chair to go with the little desktop area. I am also looking at my checking account attached to the payment method and the 50.00 deposit was taken before I arrived which is normal but was taken again along with my payment at checkout."

"The Fairfield and North Little Rock was very clean and the wind was very comfortable. I love the big walk-in shower the air conditioner very well, which is very important to me. I like that they had a refrigerator so I could keep cold waters. The free breakfast was also very good. The food was fresh and the coffee was really good. "Everything nowadays is expensive and they accepted my 2 large restricted breeds for $25 each or an added charge of $50 on top of the standard fee. I don't think the room was worth an added $50 charge, but then again, I don't run the hotel & don't know what other dogs have done. There is an underlying bleach smell, and the ac felt damp. The fridge & tv worked well. I didn't try the WiFi. The room is darkish & felt a bit dreary. Overall, the decor & the building has seen better days. Looks like...

"It was what you would expect of a budget motel. The one downside is they had the lobby locked, and you had to sit in a small box just to check in, or talk to them."

"The mattress was so stained it was the color of rust. The entire room smelt like an ashtray me and my partner stayed for about five minutes and left and got a different hotel. The conditions of this hotel clean nor safe and it is laughable that they are charging anything for people to stay here."
