"This spot was super convenient to us. We were able to park and find everything we needed within walking distance if it wasn't already at the hotel. We didn't spend time in the lagoon/beach right across the street, but a five minute drive down Catalina/Esplanade brought us to Avenue C or E beach access stairs/ramps, there was ample parking. "This hotel was not very focused on the customer. There was a long set of stairs to the 3rd floor with handrails that looked a bit shabby. The manager was nice enough to carry my bag to my room. The space meant that the customer had to walk outside in the somewhat busy environment to get anywhere.
