"This spot was super convenient to us. We were able to park and find everything we needed within walking distance if it wasn't already at the hotel. We didn't spend time in the lagoon/beach right across the street, but a five minute drive down Catalina/Esplanade brought us to Avenue C or E beach access stairs/ramps, there was ample parking. "$30 parking per night - pretty expensive. The default wifi is very slow so I had to pay for premium but that wasn’t very fast either. Walls are thin so people upstairs were pretty loud. It echoed too much for my room Simple but sufficient breakfast. Location is lowkey mid. I wish it was closer to the beach."
