"I chose this hotel for its central location within 6 minutes of Holborn's Underground station. Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Covent Garden and Oxford St. are easily walkable from the hotel. "The property was located in a wonderful location. Easy to walk to and from Paddington Station, the tube, and Hyde Park. The staff was absolutely amazing with any questions we may have had. The room could have been cleaner with dusting, sweeping, and bathroom tidiness. Other than that, our room was cute and comfortable with magnificent AC. I do recommend this location for future stays."

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. "I arrived to my room on a sunny day to find a broken fan. I quickly called reception but proceeded to sweat for 30 mins as I kept waiting and calling for a replacement. Later, it took almost two hours to receive a iron once again after repeated asks. Then, on both Saturday and Sunday mornings I was woken up by the housekeeping with a knock on the door to clean the room at 9am. The hotel uses single use plastics and provided body wash containers which were way too small. Breakfast was inedible....
