"This is a large hotel in the heart of the university. All roads are underground which is a bit confusing for a first time visitor, I looped around twice before finding the hotel car park. "The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear. "Lovely clean hotel in a good location! Good amenities. Only downside was tea and coffee in rooms, never enough of anything for 2 people only 2 teabags, 2 sugars and 2 coffees given daily so basically 1 cup of coffee per person per day. Even on asking staff was just given single of everything! Felt like we were on rations!"
