"The front desk staff was wonderful! Soo professional, friendly and knowledgeable! She seemed like she loved her job! The wine tasting was a nice touch and the heated pool looked so inviting!"

"Upon arrival, we were informed that the pet fee was $30 per night even though the site said it was $20 per night. I asked if we would get the price quoted on the website and no, we were informed again that it was now 30 dollars per night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The A/C unit was very loud. We had to turn it off to watch TV and to sleep. "

"They don't offer kitchen kits despite offering kitchen amenities. Its not egregious but its personal preference considering most people who are traveling don't take pots and pans with them. The room was clean and comfortable but the floor was a little scratched up and the wall was too. And the air was incredibly dry in the room and it made the experience not as great. However overall Id recommend this hotel. Very high quality for the price <3"

"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly on arrival. The hotel itself was dated but adequate given the price of the hotel. The location was convenient and near plenty of restaurants and coffee. The pool was a hit with my kids! "

"The room was clean and comfortable the first night, except for metal noise from the bedframe every time we turned over. The next morning the toilet backed up, and we were told they were having other plumbing issues, too. By late afternoon, they offered us the room across the hall, and we could use both rooms so we didn't have to move everything. It was a pain. When we left this morning, nothing had been done about the overflowed toilet (24 total hours - glad I didn't have to clean that...
