"Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was well and truly welcomed during our stay due to the heatwave. Looking forward to seeing it at its full potential when all the plans are complete for the bar and restaurant. We only needed the room and the amenities in the room were spot on."

"This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again."

Table top fans are provided. - The room facing the street is super noisy at night because there are at least multiple commercial front-load dumpsters that are constantly worked on by garbage collection workers throughout the weeknights (it's non-stop for the whole nights). "The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."

The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. "This was exactly as advertised. All clean including sheets, towels etc. Two firm and two soft pillows. Basket with extra blankets. Had a decent fan as well. Host responded promptly and I had the access codes before arrival. Excellent location, right across from Finsbury Park making attending a gig really easy. I'll use again and would highly recommend. We were ground floor in one of the cheaper rooms as well, so all good."
