Did not receive any check in information until the morning of the stay, despite messaging a couple of weeks before and it was difficult to find the correct contact info for the place. "

"Absolutely disgusting no ac working cracked floor boards dirt marks all over bed sheets and curtains table has mould on i have taken pictures and videos sent to expedia and the hotel directly no response at all stay away i stayed in may 30th 2026 it was 28 degrees that night they had no ac working and gave me the worst experience ever"

"For a whole apartment with kitchen and four rooms, this was good value in the under ninety quid range. It was clean. The only thing that lets it down is that the third party agencies you might see it on, including this one, don’t have the right number for the host. I was left outside for an hour trying to get Expedia to help me, and they couldn’t. That’s because they don’t have the right number. The right number ends in xx62. "It’s hard to give any negatives when the hotel was decorated so lovely, staff helpful and good price in a nice area and also a good quality fan in the room. But it was 30 degrees and the AC was blowing no more than I could myself and we let housekeeping know as we had our door wedged open but nothing came of it (also no window). Our shower was stuck at chest hight so we couldn’t wash our hair without crouching, the first night I woke up with around 10+ bites and with no window this is...

"It was good took around 30 minutes to find us a room even tho we had booked in which was a little annoying especially in the temperature it’s been. Really could do with some air conditioning tho. Very hot and can’t open windows probably."

"Do not book or stay at this hotel. I’ve travelled to hotels around the world and this is one of the worst and in London! I did not stay and left immediately on seeing the room I was given. Towel had farces, hair strands in and outside the fridge crushed/used water bottles in the fridge. I left and had to find a replacement hotel. The front desk when I complained ‘why can’t you handle this yourself’. Complained to Expedia and they still have this showing on their site! Unbelievable"

"FRAUDULEUX. L’adresse sur l’annonce n’est pas l’adresse du logement. Idem pour les photos. Visiblement, ils gèrent plusieurs logements similaires mais utilisent une seule annonce. La veille du séjour on reçoit un mail avec un pdf donnant la vraie adresse. Il faut récupérer les clefs d’un côté de Camden puis marcher 15min jusqu’à l’appartement qui n’est pas du tout bien situé par rapport à la fausse adresse sur l’annonce. "Positiv war der tägliche Service mit frischem Wasser im Zimmer sowie die Klimaanlage, die besonders wichtig war, da sich das Zimmer kaum sinnvoll lüften ließ. Deutliche Schwächen gab es bei der Sauberkeit: Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und der Teppich war sichtbar verschmutzt. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr beengt und bot wenig Komfort. Insgesamt für kurze Aufenthalte noch akzeptabel, für mehrere Nächte aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert."

"Very clean, recently refurbished rooms and an easy self-check in process. Very comfortable beds, really quiet rooms at the back of the property, a fridge and safe in the room, and an excellent TV with loads of streaming options. The only slight drawbacks were a strange weed-like smell which lingered in the corridor just outside my room during my stay, and my colleague who stayed two floors up was disturbed on both nights by the 'passionate' noise of the guests in the next room..! Very easy...

"The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight."
