"The whole place was clean and well maintained and staffed. He staff were very professional and courteous. Some even went the extra mile. I had a problem which I'm sure wouldn't bother everyone but I was given a new room and not made feel bad about it. The staff were excellent. It's situated in the perfect area, close to everything."

"Asked for extra pillows as there is only one on each bed, gave us three extra but the cases were filthy! Terrible mattresses, ok if you like sleeping on a brick! Bathroom stank of urine.. over all I will not recommend or return"

"This property is clean, convenient and accessible if you are staying in London. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely and staff were excellent! A little bit loud as close to the hospital but would definitely stay again."

"GREAT location and once they changed our rooms from a view of the trash bins, the park view was nice. The interior of the hotel is dark… kind of grim. Hotel is clean, quiet at night, and the beds were very comfortable. We only had breakfast and dinner there once during our 6-night stay. Both were OK… much better to eat out!"

"Hotel was ok for 1 night but in no rush to return and definitely wouldn’t stay for longer than one night. By no means was it dirty but the room was not up to standard. Found multiple things that weren’t cleaned properly e.g. big smudges across the window and a fake eyelash in the window sill, dirty skirting board etc. The downstairs area of the hotel was nice and clean though. Staff were friendly but not particularly helpful when we were asking questions. Parking £20 for 24 hours. Keep in mind the entire bar is alcohol free. Nice and quiet hotel."

"Besides the property being dated and in need of renovation, our TV would not turn off and there was a terrible sewer smell in the room. I asked to have it fixed many times. It would go away for awhile and then come back overnight. They said they did not have another room for us to move to. "
