"The hot tub was cold and the water was gray n smelled funny the ceiling was falling in in the whole pool area which was very disappointing to us. The room was nice the free coffee was taken up early both in evening an morning again disappointed. Check out was @ NOON an 10am housekeeping was banging on door!! The staff was nice an helpful. "Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was green when we arrived which was upsetting because I called the hotel before booking to ensure the pool was open etc. They were cleaning it though and by the next day it was blue and was open for use. AC didn’t blow as cold as I would have liked but they did offer to switch our room or give us two fans and I just took the two fans. Overall it was a good experience, breakfast had a lot on the menu and the girl at the desk went above and beyond."

"Hotel is in need of an update. I would give it 3 stars. Floors were sticky, furniture beat up, outlets were worn to the point plugs would slide out, and room gave off a seedy vibe. Ick! Not my cup of tea and I will not check in here again if possible. Also, I’m not into gambling but the parking lot noise from gamblers that went all night did affect my stay as well.
