"This is our go to place while we are in Victoria, quiet and understated with a terrific morning cafe for coffee each morning. The Aura restaurant is wonderful they do everything well breakfast, lunch and dinner, make sure to try their cocktails especially the Salted Caramel Old fashion. Cheers"

"Really enjoyed staying at this hotel on the Inner Harbor. The staff was very helpful and always very friendly. I would strongly recommend the restaurant off the main lobby of the hotel. Especially the breakfast menu. They don't have a chance to try out the pool but I imagine in the warmer months in the summer it would be a wonderful place for families. There is a dock down at the bottom of the hill below the hotel that has access to a water taxi. It's a little expensive but worth at least one...

"He was very helpful. He accommodated us early even though I gave him short notice. Very helpful staff. Location was great, because it was very close to my favorite tea shop "Murchie's". The place was so clean and free laundry was great to have. I will rebook this place again when I am visiting Victoria."

"If you prefer older motels/hotels without air conditioning and no balcony, then this place is perfect for you. I gave this place a try, but unfortunately, the staff and hotel did not meet my expectations. I arrived early, to see if any room was available. The couple ahead had no issues, but the gentlemen that helped me really did not help and lacked customer service and was somewhat rude and dismissive. You could tell he was just wanting to say NO and carrying an attitude. I will not be...
