Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Hillsville

"Staff was very nice and helpful The room was nice and quiet and close to stores and restaurants"

"The Virginia Highlands hospitality is evident in every employee at this property. From the moment we checked in to checking out the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their community. We were immediately pointed in the right direction for good food, beer and music. The Breakfast was on par with the Hampton Inn Brand and the Breakfast room was immaculate. Hot tub was hot and our room was quiet. My only comment and this applies to many hotels; guests should be informed on booking that...

"Really clean place, Friendly and respectful host Good experience ☺️"

"Parking lot was terrible, full of potholes Breakfast buffet was outstanding, kudos to the staff"

"Nicely remodeled hotel. Beds comfy and very clean. Rooms are small hard to find a place to sit our suitcases but we just put them in the hall by the door. Very limited breakfast, bagels and muffins, cereal and plain vanilla yogurt with toppings. It was enough to get us going for the day."

"Location was close to interstate and was easy to find. Rooms were clean but with the newly installed (cheap) vinyl plank floor, the room was very echoey and cold. The HVAC unit didn't do a good job of keeping the room comfortable. It was either too hot or too cold. The walls are thin. Room next door had wild kids running around til 1AM. One can hear every step and every word they spoke. Made for a restless night."

"Helpful to get my neighbor to turn down the TV so I could sleep!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Only part that didn't look 100% clean was the hot tub. The water looked clean but there was a scum line around the inside by the water level. The pool didn't have a scum line at all. The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of food options. We enjoyed our stay there."
