"I had a very disappointing experience at the Hilton Hotel in Hilton Head. From the moment we arrived, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable.
The first room we were checked into had a wet carpet and a strong mildew mold odor that was impossible to ignore. It felt unsanitary and uncomfortable immediately.
