"I booked the hotel originally for the location. The building was secure and although the room was small, it was good for my purposes. The building, including the rooms was clean, although there was no fridge available. The lobby bar had great cocktails ,it was a fun place to chill outside of the room."

"The location of the property and the staff were excellent. There was only one elevator working and took a long time to get up or down with everyone trying to use it. The room itself was old, the couch had a big rip and the shower tub had a big stain and the faucet was barely working."

The lobby areas around the elevator on the floors had a bit of damage that would be easy to fix (base board coverings peeling off in areas no one gets near) that would make it look nicer. "My parents had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The hotel was perfectly located for their needs with a spacious, clean room with great amenities. Only small negative was breakfast which was not included, it was good but over 30$ daily. Overall, a great stay!!"

"Did a turn and burn stay here (checked in Saturday and checked out Monday) and had a pleasant visit. The front desk customer service was A+. My only 2 feedback are: the valet attendant should be more attentive. I waited 10 mins while the valet attendant was chatting away with a co-worker and then started laughing with I assume a customer. "The hotel room cleanliness is of a very high standard. The complementary breakfast is extraordinary with a different majority of food and with a good procedure to take care of guests. The rooftop bar was sophisticated and attracts high class clientele. The room space is big enough to feel comfortable. There is individual Wi-Fi for each room that allows you to connect your phone to the TV. And the location downtown was excellent."
