"The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful! It's really hard to find a dog friendly hotel that are so relaxed about actually bringing dogs! Especially as our puppy is a big boy and sometimes, due to his bread, people are cautious of him. But the hotel were great and didn't make us feel nervous or "in the way" at all. It was a lovely stay."

"The staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed comfortable but the decorating was clearly done by an amateur! Maybe the hotel inspector needed for the rooms at this price. We didn’t buy breakfast but were given coffee and cereal. "

"Great location for catching cruise departures at City Centre and Horizon terminals. Sue at check-in was very professional and courteous. Only issue was trying to figure out how the heating in the room is designed…but, it was easily sorted with a call. "

"Had an amazing stay in tasteful and clean bedroom with comfy bed lovely Pillows and great bathroom. Lots of tea and coffee. Had dinner and breakfast in the pub and they were really tasty. Properly cooked bacon! Great wine list with lots of option. Really lovely beer garden and covered courtyard. Lovely staff. Also v close to Hambledon so a good base to visit there. Really recommend. "The personnel is what makes this hotel so. They were all so very helpful and friendly. There is also a beautiful park across the street. Breakfast buffet was very good."

"we really enjoyed this hotel. They had an a spa that was included that had a steam room, sauna hot tub and a pool. We missed the Michelin star restaurant but the other restaurant on the sixth floor was also very good. Very spacious rooms with good views of the harbor we would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat."
