"the room could have been cleaned better. Carpet needed shampooing. Coffee pot was not working. Parking was awful and no place to unload luggage without paying 30.00 valet parking. Very difficult for a 72 year old woman to get access. This needs to be fixed immediately. The staff were accommodating and friendly but getting to them who were hard to find. I have bad knees and chasing around trying find someone was difficult."
