Hotel dekat Historic Kirtland

"As soon as my wife and I walked in the room we both said the room had a terrible smell. The tub bottom had hair in it and it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The toilet wasn’t clean . Are flight landed in Cleveland close to 1am and it was close to 2am when we checked in, so not staying wasn’t an option, we got up at 8am and got out of there! If I’d known it would have been that dirty , I’d risk driving tired to Erie. Definitely, don’t stay at this property"

"Everything was fantastic. Breakfast bar was great and had lots of options. Room was clean and comfy and big enough for our family of 5. Lots of parking, well-lit lot, Everything was sparkling clean. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The staff were very helpful. The manager let me use her personal phone charger."

"The staff was very not friendly. They hate their job so much. We always stay here bc it is close to our daughter's home. I don't know if we will stay there again."

"With very easy access off of the interstate and highway. The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good breakfast, especially the waffles. The fruit and the juices were very good as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"The bed was very comfortable. The cable and the wifi just dropped out about an hr after I checked in and was not available to me until the next morning when I was leaving."

"Woman at front desk was super helpful in resolving a problem. Wish I could remember her name, but was on night shift on 10/30/26."

"Hotel turns out under renovation so they gave us breakfast voucher. Dirty silverware and funny tasting food, plus it’s not a restaurant but really the lobby. It was gross. Not a good experience on any level."
