"We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. "

The area was all dirt that had just had the weeds hacked down to ground level. We did appreciate being able to buy a potty pad in the office, just in case. "Hotel manager James contacted me after check in to tell me the rate Expedia charged for my room was excessive and I should have Expedia call him so he could get me a lower rate. I called Expedia and they as n hold while they spoke to Hames. Expedia told James that Hilton was in control of the rate and then told me that James would call me and would provide an adjusted rate. I called James and went to see James at the front desk. In both instances James then refused to give me the going rate....

"This hotel was in a decent location, but unfortunately, there’s no access to the beach directly across the street. You have to go over this ridiculously huge bridge in order to get to the beach, which is a very rocky beach so we just drove to Laguna each day. One thing I was very disappointed in was the fact I specifically decided to book this place so I can relax in the hot tub and look at the ocean. The view from the hot tub is good. However, the hot tub did not have any jets flowing...

"Very clean, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Very conveniently located near town and right off highway. Laundry area was sufficient but only 2 washers/dryers in place. Parking was convenient however spaces were extremely narrow/tight. I'd definitely recommend this hotel."

"Everything that matters was great. It's a simple hotel, not flashy or fancy, but it was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The AC worked well, the water temp was easy to dial in, etc. If you just need a clean, simple place to stay, this place is excellent. And it helps that there's an In-N-Out restaurant right next door :)"

"The property was amazing.. problem was the resort was inundated with a large number of babies, infants, toddler s and adolescents. It was like visiting a daycare center.. kids in pool with diapers, dogs running around off leach and kids jumping in spa like it was a pool.., parents were feckless!"
