"We enjoyed our stay at Laguna Hills Lodge. The property has manicured green lawns, beautiful vine flowers, clean room with oversize mirror, spacious parking space, decent breakfast, courteous staff, and walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. However, there are few things that we noticed that needs improvement: please replace worn out white sheets & pillow cases, repair wobble beds, paint over or replace chipped nightstand, and provide 2 courtesy bottle water. "First time at this resort, it was wonderful from the staff to the hotel gift shop, the pools and hot tubes were great. All the amenities were just wonderful, we ran out of time renting the bikes but again still nice. Every employee we talked to was just over the top wonderful and nice, sadly it’s rare to experience this it seems like these days. We loved the convenient beaches, shopping and restaurants all just minutes from this hotel. We all had a wonderful time!"
