"We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. "

"The hotels location is about the only thing it has going for it. The price you have to pay to be in a construction zone is more than it is worth the staff minus the valet staff was something you would expect from a motel 6 and charged the price of staying at a ritz Carlton which I would choose if rather than be placed from one inadiquite room to another. "This small Motel is a reasonable place to stay in San Clemente. The Owner is on property and extremely kind and accommodating. The room is quite small but doable for a couple. Loved the outdoor area with a picnic table and a small couch with side tables"

"This place looks nice on the outside, unfortunately the inside of the rooms needs some work. Our bathroom tub was old and had some mold or black residue and had a smell.The containers of shampoo and conditioner and body wash are nice but ours the conditioner was empty and not a lot of product come out ."
