"Perfect hotel"

"Cozy,clean,convenient location with good breakfast to start the day ( Bariloche restaurants are expensive so breakfast included is a big plus). We think this hotel is a great deal! Close to everything yet we don’t hear the noises and our room got the lake view. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean and fresh. "

"La atención del personal no fue la mejor. No fueron los más amables. Nos cobraron una noche de parqueadero por un valor muy alto aún cuando tenían el parqueadero vacío por ser temporada baja. La información en cuanto al uso de buses no fue la ideal, ofreciendo una tarjeta sube más cara de lo que vale normalmente. El hotel huele a viejo, deberían renovar o arreglar la madera y buscar formas de controlar el olor a guardado. "

"Our 4 night stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean by Celestina and crew. Breakfast is served in a huge dining room with lakeside view, lots of delicious options. I wish we could stay longer but will definitely return. Restaurants within walking distance and the famous Calle Mitre is nearby for excellent chocolate shopping, so many options."

"Lower mid-range stay. The WiFi was terribly slow. Pool is only open from 1:30-8:30pm so I didn’t get to use it- a major reason I booked the place. Room is a little old, but clean. Not the worst experience but I would probably stay somewhere else next time."

"Room was very dirty (dirty linens, shoes marks in bathroom and on the toilet bowl, hair in bathtub, damaged furniture and walls, overall disgusting. The lobby looked nice ... I guess that's where they decided to put their money... Seriously need to update the rooms, will not be coming back. We do not recommend this hotel."

"Hotel bonito, muy bien ubicado y limpio. Su personal muy amable. Pero el problema se produjo pues en mi habitación la calefacción estaba encendida - a pesar de que no hacía frío-. Por ello hacía muchísimo calor. Hable con el encargado quien me aseguró que la apagaría, lo que nunca ocurrió. Por ello debimos dormir con la ventana abierta. La verdad casi no dormimos del calor. Por esta razón al día siguiente nos fuimos del hotel."
