We arrived 630 AM on the train and he permitted us to check-in to our rooms early, as well as check out at 5 PM with no extra costs! He even upgraded us to a superior room because it was available! "Room was clean and the area clean. The area was nice place to rest after a busy schedule. Staff were great and made our stay extra special over the Tet holiday. Played a few games of pool which was a fun way to end the evening. Its about 10 -15mins out of town so make sure u can rent a bike. Good place for families as the kids have space to run around "

"JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!"

"We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. "Nydelig utsikt mot fjellene, flott rom og hyggelig personale. Flott spa og basseng. Det eneste minus er at det er en reklame som spilles på repeat fra turistattraksjonen nedenfor hotellet, som er litt irriterende når man ønsker å nyte roen på balkongen. Eller supert, anbefaler hotellet :) "
