"wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious valley view room, breakfast was average - nothing special for a 5 star hotel, have had better at a 4 star. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel."

"The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. "

"We stayed in the Moc Bungalow with plenty of space, wonderful views and buggy rides whenever needed. Breakfast buffet was awesome; the choices were plenty, fresh and delicious! From check-in to checkout, all the staff were helpful, friendly and informative. We needed to leave early morning and they packed a takeaway picnic with fresh juice and coffee. "Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"Lovely room, very attentive staff that helped us when we lost some luggage. Very out the way of the main town, around a 20 minute drive down poorly maintained roads/dirt track. Beautiful view and room. Unfortunately hot water didn’t work properly for bath, even after informing staff. Cute cats and dog"
