"The decorations are gorgeous. Vietnamese style and the color tone of the hotel are pretty. The staff are gentle and willing to help us about the direction in Ha Noi, famous dishes, help us arrange luxury and very good HaLong tour and driver for taking to the airport with good price. My family and I are pleased during the stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel and definitely come and visit again in the near future."
