"I stayed with my family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. The Onsen was absolutely phenomenal and very clean. The breakfast was top notch and very nutritious. The rooms were very clean. The staff were spectacular. I woulf recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an onsen experience!"

"I will start by saying I normally find premium brands of hotel chains not great value for price. But not the JW Marriott Nara! From the minute we checked in the service and hospitality was tremendous. Even the smell of the hotel was unique and comforting. "Fun experience in a traditional Japanese hotel. The dinner and lunch were great. Being right in the park made it super easy to visit the temple and feed the deer. The public bath is on the smaller side, but does the job. They called us a cab to the train station when we checked out which was nice. "

"This is our favorite place to stay this Japan trip. The room is very large and spacious. The deep outdoor soaking tub is a huge plus traveling with a kid. You have to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor but they have a luggage/cargo elevator so all you need to do is to walk yourself up there without the hassle to haul luggages. Parking is not included but there is a small paid parking lot right next to the backstreet of the hotel. Walking distance to JR Nara station."
