"Amazing stay in a Ryokan style house. Great location, nearby station and park!"

"Very nice property, great staff. Excellent location. Would book again."

"Clean and good location for family on vacation"

"The property seems to be recently updated, it is modern, and clean. The amenity is lacking a few things (for example, it tells the guest to wash dishes and put them away but doesn’t provide a clothe to dry them). Also, the instruction isn’t super clear. The instruction reads to leave the key on the table when checking out (that’s what it says literary in English), when in fact you need to lock and put the key in the lockbox as one example. Also the road to access the property is quite narrow...

"Wonderful hotel! It echoed the area of being nature driven, hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating, I couldn’t critique if I tried!"

"Super close to JR Nara station and only 20 mins walk from the main attractions. Property has nice clean modern rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Very helpful staff and hotel is very clean and amenity. "

"TV was nice. Easy check in check out. Great location right next to the station."

"I liked everything about this hotel and will definitely book again next time."

"Fantastic breakfast including fresh breads and Japanese hot dishes. Homemade fresh local tofu. Many organic foods. Close to station and shops and restaurants. Great view of Nara City at night during the happy hour or morning during breakfast. Basic pillow was traditional Japanese pillow filled with beans or grain. Other softer pillows were available from the front reception area. The hotel is working hard to reduce/eliminate carbon footprint. As a traveler with small luggage at the end...

"We warmly recommend the Bakery Château d'or hotel. We felt welcome, the room was comfortable and the food excellent."

"Overall, the hotel was elegant. We could not believe how quiet it was given that it's connected to the train station and right at the foot of the street that leads to the park. Great rooms and great location. We would definitely stay there again."

"Very good!"

"It feels like you are in the countryside…but a covered shopping street is only a five minute walk away. Spacious accommodations, excellent staff; great food, a truly wonderful place. Would return in an instant."

"Incredible food, nice open air bath and great karaoke. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very nice"

"Great location"

"Clean room and free breakfast! Saw some Nara deer walking around the street just outside the hotel!"

"Loved the whole place."

"Lovely space, walkable location"

"The breakfast was great, and coffee, tea and some other drinks were available in the lobby all day long. The window was a smoked glass, couldn’t see the view outside."
