"Truly amazing hotel with great staff, stunning rooftop patio, excellent food and drink and really an enjoyable stay. Extra thanks to those working the front desk and bar as they made the lobby and rooftop feel like an oasis. We ate and drank at the hotel numerous times. It's located in a really nice area close to major sites and easy access to transit. Choose here! If we come back the only thing id do is get a river view room. They were also great with kids and allergies."

"Everything was very smooth! A bit small but we didn’t mind. It had all the essentials as well as a washing machine (the drying process was a bit traditional but again we didn’t mind) and the receptionists (especially Hiro) were very accommodating and amazing! We would absolutely stay here again in the future as it is in a very convenient location"

The service from Ryota and the entire team was exceptional and truly made our stay special. The location is ideal. Peaceful and quiet, yet with easy access to the bus. "PROS: I stayed 5 nights at this ryokan. The staff was nice and attentive, especially my attendant Tomoko and manager Haruka were kind and helpful. The location of this ryokan is good. Breakfast was good and sufficient. CONS: Before you can enter this ryokan, you have to remove your shoes and put on their slippers to walk to your room. These are not disposable slippers, and these are used by all guests. I did not like sharing the slippers with other guests, as this is very unhygienic,...
