"Everything was perfect. It comes with a laundry in your room, but no dryer. However you can hang them in the bathroom and turn on the heater and it’ll dry quick. It was a beautiful hotel"

"When I booked our room I didn't realize that all the rooms have a kitchenette so upon arrival we were so happy to see our room and its amenities. Not sure if all are similar in size, but it was large - a nice change to the typical smaller hotel rooms. The front desk people were friendly and super helpful. The owner helped us figure out a challenging luggage transfer service that we needed. We are so appreciative of her time in doing so. The location is great. Close to major shrines and the Gion...

Good restaurants right outside the door with vegetarian options, 7-11 across the street, McDonalds and transportation a block away. Would definitely stay here again. "
