"This hotel is nice has a nice inside the rooms are very lovely but my real issue was the cleaning of the room I mean it was a cleaning done like in 2 mins and barely done I left trash all nice and together for them to take make it a little easier then leaving things around and they didn’t take it bathroom was almost never cleaned but other than that everything else was fine free laundry room close to bus station to take you around Kyoto it just needs a better job at cleaning"

"The hotel has nice lobby and rooms. Close to Kyoto station, cost only about 800 yen to hotel, and close to few cultural sites. The staffs are friendly, and helpfull. I and my wife love the japanese breakfast thwy served."

The room design was well planned such that we had a double hand basin area with a bath and shower in a separate room and the toilet in a separate room again. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining room furniture was made up of beautiful antiques. For breakfast we had the choice of traditional Japanese or Western.
