"My family of four had a wonderful time at the Pelican Reef Villa. Elsa and the bartenders were wonderful. They helped us to arrange everything from transportation to other reservations. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. We had a 3 bedroom villa that gave us a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. All the people that we met in Belize were wonderful. The Island was a little expensive for routine purchases, but it could be due to the fact that it is an Island; supply and demand....

I was there on a solo trip for three days, and it was just what I needed: clean, quiet, off the beaten path, but not too far that I ever felt unsafe. "The room was very clean and the AC was super cold. Its right in town, and our room was loud. Its close to the beach, but all the beaches in San Pedro are overwhelmed with sargassum. The maintenance man, Carlos, was super friendly. Not a whole lot of amenities there, but for the price it was good if you are looking for a clean room in town."

"The staff was excellent; Kudos to Zamir, Javier and James and the entire staff. The periodic odor from the seaweed is distracting and obviously beyond the control of the resort. The pool albeit small was very clean. This is a small resort with a lot of charm. However, it being older the hardware in the bathrooms and the linens needs upgrading. That did not prevent us from enjoying our stay."

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I loved it so much that I extended my stay. The location is absolutely perfect. The beach is directly across the street and the hotel even has its own private dock, which is the most beautiful place to watch the sunrise. Everything you could possibly need is within easy walking distance.. grocery stores, fresh fruit and vegetable stands, bakeries, souvenir shops and some of the most delicious local restaurants. "Caye Casa was beyond our expectations! We were immediately greeted with friendly and informative staff, the rooms were clean and very up to date. The pool was so nice to have for our two kids when we had a little down time. I drank coconut water *out of a coconut*, in a hammock on the porch looking at the ocean view. It was a dream! I highly recommend Caye Casa for your San Pedro travels."

"The view is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They do have a ferry every 1.5 hours or so between South and north caye caulker. The location is not very convenient but very quiet. Hope next time the seaweed will be gone. They have swings by the beach."
