"When we first arrived we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, since whoever was supposed to be there could not be found. The original room we were given had disgusting stains on the bed, no covers for the electrical outlets, a hole in the wall in the shape of a fist, and extremely sticky floors. They were able to move our room after we complained, and the next room was better, but still sub par for expectations of a $200 room. The Breakfast was very minimal and had like 2 options so don't expect much from that. Overall we couldn't wait to leave, and only stayed for one night."

"There was mold on the walls which had gotten painted over in a recent remodel but we could see the mold on the trim near the ceiling and around the sign on the door (that sign that has all the room instructions). "

"We did not like that we could not use the pool or hot tub due to so many children in the pool & hot tub under 18 . Emploee said there was a soccer torment & the place was packed with kids. They took over the pool & hot tub do we did not get to use the amenities"

"There was no hot water and when letting management know they told us we could use the showers that campers use! That was terrible! I paid to have a shower in my room not a camper shower! They should refund me or give me another stay! Something to make up for that."

"Quick, complete check in. Clean room. Close to a pizzeria and a 24/7 taqueria. Hot water wasn't fully charged and air quality wasn't the best. "

"Suite had mildew stains on the corners of the ceiling. It looked like they sealed it with clear silicone and you could see the dark mildew under it. The ac/heater unit smelled like mold when we turned it on. I asked for a call from the manager and I received nothing. It has been over a week now, "
