Drove up there to find out that they double booked our stay and could not accommodate us. We drove 2 hours with 2 babies with us to find out that we can’t stay to a cabin that we wanted. The lobby has a great vintage vibe as was the design of the microwave and fridge in our room. Our overall experience was not great though. Our room shared a wall with another and we heard them and their t v into the early morning hours. The shower was clean but took TEN minutes to get hot. "Old motel. Dated but I knew that when I made reservations. Needed help to get the heater and the TV going but they sent someone right away and then no further issues with them after that. Nice location. Good for a one night stay. Pool was heated which was a nice surprise for this early in the season."

"Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous. A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat. These appear to be all fixable...

"Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate. There were no clean towels provided, so we couldn’t shower the first night. I didn’t get towels until the next day after driving to another property they manage to find someone in person. "The property was clean and the staff are super healthy in finding your room numbers and passwords. Theres no mini fridge or microwave but honestly there’s everything you would need for a stay for a day or two. "
