"A hidden gem of a boutique hotel in Hollywood. Great location and amazingly comfortable rooms. The staff is always attentive and friendly. Our favorite for a staycation. Always look forward to staying here."

"24 hour heated pool and complimentary laundry facilities with a room that is really an apartment steps from the Dolby Theater mall and (the nice part of) the Hollywood walk of fame. We feel lucky to have found this gem. If nobody mentioned it you can also have free poolside popsicles brought to you. So much fun."

"I’ve stayed at the W before and have enjoyed my experience. I booked my daughter a room for her bday and she was asked for a $500 deposit for one night! That is insane and I wasn’t aware nor communicated about this deposit beforehand. Additionally the room wasn’t available at the time of check in. Pretty disappointed to say the least."

"For what it is, it was a good Hotel. Building and room were clean. Close to Hollywood Bowl(which we attended a concert) and very close to Walt of fame. I would come again."

"This hotel was super clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Their pool area was well kept and very nice if you want to have a coffee outside in the morning. We truly loved everything about this hotel (the room, the shower pressure, the service) except for the noise -- we were on the 4th floor and could hear raves happening nearby both nights that we stayed (the noise stopped around 1:30am each night). Not a huge deal for us because we didn't need to get up early, but this...

"My guest and I were surprised at the space. The room was far more spacious than I had imagined and the view was amazing. Located right on Sunset. The kitchen and bathroom were more than ample for my stay and I will be rebooking."

"The rooms were clean, I liked the retro look of the whole place. You have to have your car parked via valet, which is fine, because you know it will be safe. Valet attendants were very friendly and fast. Room was not ready at check in. Once we did get our keys, they handed the keys and that was it. No info on where the room was, nothing on WiFi, nothing. Just here’s the keys, thank you. There is a very cute on-site retro restaurant/cafe which was nice. The service there was great."

"Nice staff, room has everything it needs. there was blood stains on the lamp shade. also all the doors on the closet in front of the fridge could use WD40 it's so loud. Valet is also a bit overpriced"

"I’ve stayed in a lot of LA Hotels but I haven’t stayed more than once in most of them. The Pali is definitely one I’d return to. I especially loved the pool area and was up at 7am each morning taking a swim, It was divine. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will say my bed was not made the way I expected but it was ok. Other than that everything was excellent!"
