"The apartment was clean and located in a nice area, which we appreciated. However, we had a few issues during our stay. The patio/balcony door would not lock properly unless it was completely forced shut, and I wasn’t able to lock it myself once it was opened. The toilet also wasn’t flushing when we arrived. I contacted customer service, and maintenance responded quickly and fixed the toilet, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue with the patio/balcony door remained unresolved for me. On...

"Room was clean, if a little basic. However we booked in for four people, it there wa sonly towels and bedding enough for two people. Kitchen alsoappeared to be missing aome cutlery (only one teaspoon?) Other than that the stay was pleasant."
