"Standard american breakfast, so nothing special. The room was nice and clean. A bit small, but it's okay if you are planning to spend most of your time in NYC outside. AC was good and surprisingly quiet. Big TV screen with premium channels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Assisted me to navigate my route to the JFK. Walking distance to the Intrepid museum, subway,Times Square, restaurants, mini markets, Whole Foods, bars. Excellent value for the price. Will certainly stay there again. "

"I paid extra for a room with a view. The room I is faced the back of another building and I was told anything above the twentieth floor is considered a view of the city. This is clearly false advertisement and they did not offer me a refund or any other accommodation when I complained. The people at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The rooms were small with little ventilation and the breakfast was not good. The paint on the bathroom door was peeling off like there had been water damage, the floor was gritty and the desk was not wiped down well. The highlight was the housekeeping staff who were always friendly and accommodating."

"All the major characteristics were excellent or very good. Restaurant was especially convenient and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and welcoming, especially my maid who made a point of cleaning my room during the hour I spent at breakfast. And, you can’t beat the midtown Manhattan location, particularly if you’re traveling by train."

"Was chaotic while checking in. The hotel definitely is not prepared to handle large crowds and the elevator system takes forever for a large number of requests. The rooms are good for NYC standards and the bar was nice."
