"The property was in the perfect location. Very central within a few minutes walk to the central square, restaurants, bars, theatre, shops. Bus stop right outside with the service covering up & down the coast. It was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were provided as were tea and coffee facilities. The host was lovely."

"Reception was fine, staff friendly and polite but this property is not good value for money. While clean enough the accommodation is very tired and is right alongside a busy road and the window wouldn't close. The bathroom is very cramped and would not suit the larger person. At the price breakfast really should be included. We've stayed at far nicer accommodation for nearly half the price and with breakfast included. Previous occupants of our room had used the kettle as a teapot and, while not...

It was nice to see an old fashioned open coal/wood burning fireplace in use,even some of the regulars there kept it topped up,not just the staff. The breakfasts were lovely."
