"We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. "The pool water appeared cloudy and not clean. Not enough chairs at the pool. Elevator was stifling hot for some reason. Shampoo canister was empty in shower. 3 towels for 4 people. Gym was under construction so no fresh water station. Breakfast was excellent- good coffee."
