"Check in was a joke. Absolutely unacceptable. There was no one at the desk. Someone was sleep in the gift shop but ahe had nothing to do with the property. She told me that there was a man in room 3 that told her if she needed anything to come knock on the door. It was pouring rain and i had to go over there because she wasnt going to!
