Hotel dekat Hope Gap

"My son loved that there was Disney plus as a bonus. However our shower didn't work and I had to ask to use the one next door. 3x a member of staff came to try it, the last time we were in bed and no it still wasn't working. No compensation of any kind was offered, not even a free dessert after we had paid for dinner. Bathroom was a bit grubby and there was just a piece of foam under the sheet and no mattress protector. Breakfast was OK but no offer of fruit, cereal or juice. Had to ask for a...

"The hotel is in a great location. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Staff service could have been improved at check in and check out"

"Room not big enough for : suitcases What floor space there was was taken by a free standing AC unit the size of a small bar refrigerator which roared like a 747 picking clothes for the day involved houdini like manoeuvres!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property nothing was too much trouble for Fiona and James and I have booked again for next year. The room was on the ground floor with a good shower, drinks and biscuits and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was exceptional and I can't wait to return."

"A great place to stay, especially when the sun is shining! Very comfortable room and a lovely breakfast."

"Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning."

"Lovely old inn with well appointed clean rooms. Had evening meal which was excellent. Breakfast was also well cooked and delicious. It had a lovely ambience."

"Amazing location and charming spot. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent. The pub and wonderful outdoor area attracted many locals and travellers. The walks to and from Birling Gap were stunning. What a spot!!"

"Excellently run b&b, spotless rooms and common parts, fantastic breakfast. Nothing but praise from us!"

"Everything is absolutely perfect beautiful place and fantastic staff"

"Friendly staff, nice size room, renovated bathroom. Bed could be better, springy and noisy when partner rolls over. Parking if your lucky on street outside. Breakfast fantastic, continental buffet and cooked to your request."

"Our room was immediately above the kitchen and the extractor fan was turned on at 6 in the morning, vibrating through the building. We had occasion to complain about noise of "techno" music from a speaker in the kitchen on one occasion and the matter was resolved immediately"

"Very friendly and well run guest house. Free parking is possible in some side streets. At the quieter end of the town but bus stops nearby and buses run fairly regularly into town. Have stayed here many times and never had any issues."

"Everything was absolutely fantastic, couldn’t find a fault at all. Brilliant accommodation, superb food, great atmosphere, really friendly & helpful staff and a really all round first class experience. Thank you, we will be back sometime."
