"Beautuiful hotel! Very clean and courteous staff!"

"We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...

"I thought the hotel had a pool and free hot breakfast it does not . And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days ."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"Checking in took slightly longer than I’d like since the system seemed to be very slow, this also prolonged checking out at the snack shop which took nearly 20 minutes just for the machine to allow me to pay, but the staff were very friendly and apologetic. My room wasn’t very clean, there were several very long hairs in my sink and shower. Additionally, upon checking out I noticed that my smoke detector was covered with plastic and taped shut, making me question my safety had there been a fire...

"The bed was absolutely awful..no support..sleeping on the floor may have been a better option.. pillows were horrible also..was like sleeping with out a pillow they were so flat."

"All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak."

"Staff were so friendly, patient and helpful! We did have a small issue with getting bedding for the couches, By midnight, I still didnt have any and I had to go down and find someone to get some. Breakfast was basic with muffins and Nutri Grain bars. They only had sweetned creamers for the coffee so if you only us half and half, bring your own! Our rooms had large fridge, stove tops, microwave and big tv! Not the worst place for sure!"
