"Bunch of fucking scammers wasting my fucking time and money. They cancelled my reservations last minute so I couldn’t physically cancel it, on top of that they refuse to refund my fucking money. I called them countless time to refund my money but wouldn’t pick up. Clearly they are using this method to scam people and they know well that Expedia do fuck all to help customers. They scammed me of my £165, worst fucking booking I’ve done on my life. If I can’t get my refund, might as well give them...

"Good location & well equipped. Only issues were that there wasn’t enough towels for all of us and that it is metered parking on the streets outside (not free parking as stated on the Expedia description). "

"I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. The property itself did not inspire confidence, as it looked like the outside of someone’s house with no signage to indicate it was reputable establishment to stay in. "The property is listed as an entire apartment - IT IS NOT. This property is a shared house kind of property. There are six rooms in the property with ONE shower for everyone to use. Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned. "Tolle Unterkunft, freundliches Personal, guter Service. Mit dem Zug ist man in ca. 10 Minuten in der Londoner Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglickeiten direkt nebenan. Wir haben zum Glück kurz vorher in einer Gast-Bewertung gelesen, dass das Hotel in der Umweltzone liegt. Man muss sein Auto vorher registrieren lassen."

"Great service from the time we arrived until we left. Quiet with a good comfortable bed. Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. We would thoroughly recommend this property, especially for multiple nights. "
