"We had a great two night stay at The Wheatsheaf in West Beckham. A quiet, clean and very comfortable room. Lots of tea, coffee and hot chocolate to choose from. The cooked breakfast was amazing - plenty of choice and all freshly cooked for you. We also ate at the pub in the evening, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Loved the cocktails. Check in was easy. The staff were really lovely and could not have be more friendly, welcoming or attentive. "

"This is our second visit to the hotel. Last year we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. This time, we stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage, it was stunning, especially the modern bathroom with lovely quality toiletries. Both the breakfast & dinner were delicious. We enjoyed being able to choose a cooked breakfast from their varied selection. Would highly recommend. "

"A last minute event meant the we needed somewhere to stay so we decided to treat ourselves to Dinner Bed & Breakfast at the White Lion. It was a bit busy when we arrived but the staff were welcoming though we only go directions to our room as the lad needed to get back to the bar. The room was lovely, generally well appointed. We met my sister in law and her husband for dinner and the food was tea good, nicely presented and delicious too. A great seasonal menu, too full to have dessert. The bed...

"On the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby café had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though. Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around...
