"Stacey was the only nice front desk staff I encountered during the whole trip. She was kind and attentive. All other front desk staff did not have any customer service skills and had much attitude upon arrival. They were not approachable or engaging at all. The first room I was booked in, had an air conditioner that stopped working so my room was switched to where I found a dead waterbug in the second room's bathroom.
